The hotel is perfectly located near major attractions, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The rooms are nicely decorated but may vary in size and location from the Booking pictures. The service is friendly and accommodating, even though it could be a bit slow at times. The dining experience is delightful but on the expensive side.
I felt like I was in a spacious suite with secure amenities in the room, but the noise from other guests disturbed my peace on the first night. The decor was tasteful, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The value for money was decent.
Checking in was a breeze, and we were delighted to step into an exceptional junior suite that was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were welcoming and full of helpful tips for exploring Vienna. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to key attractions in the heart of the old town. The dining experience offered a wide selection, including eggs cooked to order, making it a delightful culinary journey. With all these positives, the only downside was that cleanliness could have been slightly better.
