i was upgraded to a suite, a super good surprise upon arrival. the room had many mirrors, plug sockets, ample storage. a cozy sofa, and it was also huge. the bathroom offered a wide array of nice toiletries, and i found a dyson hairdryer as well.

the front entrance photo on the website is not of the hotel, it displays a tourist attraction instead. i recommend the hotel replace this with a more accurate and cute image of the hotel entrance. it is much lovelier and situated on a quaint quiet side street.

the hotel is centrally located, shops, and restaurants quite easy. it's definitely a great spot for exploring popular spots, as they're all within a comfortable walking distance.

my room was beautifully decorated, i noticed tasteful decor, and it was also quite large. the bed and pillows were comfortable. good lighting and mirrors, some with magnification, were also found in the bathroom.

The breakfast options were plentiful and nutritious. I found many choices available. i recommend shopping for food gifts at julius meinl am graben. it is an upscale grocery store that's approximately a 15 minute walk away.

The front desk staff was super cute and friendly. i also appreciated the hotel's 24 hour desk service, always available to assist. the staff were helpful and kind. I really appreciated that.

The location is very convenient. It is close to many attractions via walking or public transportation. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

My room was quite small. The breakfast area was directly beside the hallway. It felt cramped. Some hotel areas seemed dated.
